Join our skilled instructors, Br. Omar al Omari and Br. Hamad Aziz, for an engaging Jiu Jitsu program designed to foster camaraderie, personal growth, and spiritual development in line with Islamic values. Classes will be held twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays from 11:30 pm to 1:30 am, following Taraweeh prayers, starting Thursday, March 23rd, in the IAGD Basement.
Open to brothers aged 15 and above, this program focuses on discipline, humility, and respect. For a registration fee of $25 per person, improve your fitness, sharpen your focus, and build bonds with fellow Muslim participants.
